Social Media Page Handling
My role involved creating social media campaigns, capturing photography and video, editing short-form content, and developing visual assets designed to increase audience engagement and strengthen each brand’s online presence. Managed social media content across five hospitality brand accounts, creating and scheduling 10–12 Instagram posts, stories, and short-form videos each week over a two-month period, engaging with audiences through comments and DM interactions to strengthen customer relationships, increase brand visibility, and support each restaurant’s online presence.
The top-performing Reel I contributed to reached 4,000+ views and generated 100+ likes, achieving a 2.6% engagement rate and demonstrating strong audience interaction through short-form video content.
‘AMAZONAS’ Campaign
Collaborated with the marketing team on the Amazonas event campaign, supporting both creative production and event coordination. Assisted with campaign planning, run sheets, and supporting documentation, while contributing to photography, videography, and the development of visual content to help bring the event concept to life across digital platforms.
